Year 1 Teacher needed

Teaching Personnel are working with one of their partner Primary Schools in Portsmouth to recruit an experienced and excellent Key Stage 1 Teacher to begin work as soon as possible on a full time basis. The school for someone who is enthusiastic and can hit the ground running making the transition of teachers as smooth as possible for the Year 1 class.

The role is a long term temporary role from ASAP until the end of the academic year initially however could go permanent for the right person.

The school has a dedicated staff team and children that are hungry to learn. The school are looking for someone who can help support the children’s learning to a high standard and also fit in with the warm and welcoming staff team.

What you will need to be considered for this role:

  • Recent and relevant Key Stage 1 experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Be able to display sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • A passion for Teaching
  • Demonstrate high classroom standards and good behaviour management
