Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity

Christchurch, Dorset
Start Date: March 2026

Are you a passionate and creative Year 3 Teacher looking for an exciting new role from March 2026? One of our lovely, supportive primary schools in Christchurch is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join their team and make a real difference.

The Role

  • Full-time Year 3 class teacher position starting March 2026

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment

  • Track pupil progress and tailor learning to meet individual needs

  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team

  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and parents’ evenings


The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching within KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable, not essential)

  • Enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to pupil progress

  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

  • A team player with a positive and proactive approach
