Teaching Personnel are working with a number of our partner secondary schools across Oldham which have an array of staffing needs, ranging from flexible supply to permanent gaps. Whilst with Teaching Personnel, you will have access to a variety of schools in the local area and gain an insight into the daily rewards and challenges of working in a school setting.

Whilst working with Teaching Personnel and the schools of Oldham, the successful applicants will hold a number of responsibilities in the schools in line with the individual roles of teaching assistant, cover supervisor and coach. The overall aim of a number of the positions in school is to help students engage with the lessons , reduce any disruptive or challenging behaviour and to support the school ethos.
