Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher in primary classrooms
• Providing one-to-one and small group learning support
• Working with pupils through the Welsh language
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom resources
• Supervising pupils during lessons, activities and break times

What Schools Are Looking For

• Confident spoken and written Welsh
• Reliable, patient and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine interest in working in education
• Experience in childcare or school settings (desirable but not essential)
