Teaching Personnel are seeking a Wellbeing Support Officer to join a welcoming secondary school in Bispham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people’s emotional health and wellbeing.

Role Overview

As a Wellbeing Support Officer, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Work closely with pastoral teams to implement wellbeing strategies.
• Help create a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and promote resilience.
• A calm, empathetic approach to supporting students.
