You’ll be:

  • A great communicator who enjoys working with children and young people

  • Calm under pressure and confident handling behaviour

  • Reliable, proactive, and a genuine team player

  • Keen to make a real difference in a school community

What You’ll Need (We Can Support You With This):

  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service

  • Basic Safeguarding Training (Level 2)

  • Two recent professional or character references

Why Join Teaching Personnel?
