The Role
Do you have a passion for helping children achieve their best? We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant (no qualifications needed).
In this role, you will be working closely with students who have a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Multiple Learning Difficulties. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to start a fulfilling career in education and bring their enthusiasm and positive energy to a role that truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Learning: Work one-on-one and in small groups to help students engage in activities, giving them the encouragement they need to succeed.
- Classroom Assistance: Assist teachers in creating and adapting learning resources, ensuring every student’s individual needs are met.
- Daily Routines: Help students with their daily routines, such as personal care and mobility, where needed.
- Creating a Positive Space: Maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to participate and grow.
- Classroom Management: Support a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students, contributing to classroom behavior management.
- School Community: Get involved in extra-curricular activities and be a part of the broader school community.
