Our partner schools in the Milton Keynes area are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether you’ve worked in a school before or not, if you’ve got the passion, empathy, and commitment to help children thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

  • Sociable, family-friendly hours: 8.30am–3.30pm

  • Career progression: Temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.

Day-to-day you’ll be:

  • Supporting students individually and in small groups.

  • Assisting with classroom activities and implementing tailored education plans (IEPs).

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to help children reach their potential.

  • Being a positive role model and daily motivator for the children you support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with SEN children is a bonus – but not essential.

  • Transferable experience from care work, the police, ambulance service, military, residential care, or sports coaching is highly valued.

  • A genuine desire to work with children – this is a must!

  • Proactive attitude and ability to use your initiative.

  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

What you’ll get from Teaching Personnel:

  • Competitive pay rates

  • 24/7 access to your own dedicated consultant

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
