Unqualified Teacher – Supply (Flexible Work)

About the Role
This exciting and varied role offers you the opportunity to work as an Unqualified Supply Teacher across a range of excellent Primary schools in Cambridgeshire. You will support classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Work is varied and flexible—you may visit different schools and teach different classes throughout the week.

Most lessons will be pre-planned; however, having some adaptable resources for age groups you feel confident supporting is beneficial.

Working hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, with no expectation to stay later.

We are also happy to discuss our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, where you can be paid even if no work is available (subject to qualifying criteria).
Requirements
To be considered for an Unqualified Teacher role, you will need:

Confidence to lead a classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons

Good behaviour management skills
-
Availability between 1–5 days per week

Previous school experience or experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

A willingness to learn and develop—training and support are provided
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and must be prepared to obtain an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service if they do not already have one.
Salary
£120 to £150 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training and suitability for the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
