SEN School in Bath/Trowbridge
Part-Time / Full-Time | Term-Time Only
£110 per day

About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our supportive SEN school teams across Bath/Trowbridge.
You’ll work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leaders to support students’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning, ensuring every young person has the chance to thrive.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students aged 4–18 with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs.
- Assist in implementing behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies.
- Encourage focus, motivation, and emotional regulation in and out of the classroom.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience with psychology, behaviour, SEBD, youth work, support work, police, prison, school, army, cadet, teaching assistant or sports (football, rugby, boxing, coaching).
- Interest in child development, mental health, or education.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability.
- Experience with children or young people is a bonus—but full training is provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
