Flexible Work for University Students & Graduates – Teaching Assistants & Cover Supervisors
Location: Northamptonshire and surrounding areas

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to work as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Northamptonshire.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Students or graduates with excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Previous experience with young people (tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring) is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive role model who can inspire confidence and engagement in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
