Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives? We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team in Wantage. If you have a knack for teaching and enjoy fostering a love for learning, we want to hear from you!

Position: Tutor Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire Salary: £20-£25 per hour

About Us: We are a dedicated education center committed to providing high-quality tutoring services to students of all ages in Wantage and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed academically and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in various subjects.
  • Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for education and a strong desire to help students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
