TP Tutors is looking for passionate SEN Tutors in Southampton to deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition for students who require a more flexible and supportive approach to education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time roles available

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities
  • Provide sessions in home or community-based settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and core subject skills
  • A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to travel locally within Southampton
  • Awareness of safeguarding and child protection

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
