Job description

Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Flexible part-time hours | Local placements | Immediate start available

We’re looking for passionate English Tutors to support pupils across Sleaford and surrounding Lincolnshire villages, helping them build confidence in reading, writing, and comprehension.
You’ll work with a range of learners — from KS3 and KS4 GCSE students to young people receiving additional support through local schools and councils.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging sessions that focus on key literacy skills, GCSE preparation, and structured interventions to help every student make meaningful progress.

We already work closely with Lincolnshire schools and local Trusts, providing 1:1 and small-group support that complements their in-class teaching.

What you can expect:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
