Job description
We are currently seeking a Maths and English Tutor to join our team in East Midlands, specifically based in Northamptonshire. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support in Maths and English to students of various ages and levels.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths and English lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Maths, English, Education or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in tutoring Maths and English
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Maths, English, Education or related field
Experience:
- Prior experience in tutoring Maths and English
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Maths and English curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Organisational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Maths, English, Education or related field
- Experience working in Tuition/ Teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
