Inspire the Next Generation as a Tutor in Daventry & Surrounding Areas
Are you passionate about Maths and English and eager to make a real impact in young people’s lives?
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Tutors to support students across Daventry and nearby areas, helping them build confidence and reach their full academic potential through tailored tuition.
Whether you're an experienced tutor, a qualified teacher, or someone with a strong background in English and mathematics, this is your chance to support, guide, and inspire students on their learning journey.
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering 1:1 or small group tuition sessions in Maths
- Supporting students with numeracy, problem-solving, and exam preparation
- Adapting your teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Encouraging academic progress and boosting student confidence
- Providing regular feedback to track improvements and celebrate success
What You’ll Need:
- Experience teaching or tutoring Maths and English (Key Stage 2–4 or higher)
- A teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed) is a plus but not essential
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- A positive and motivational approach
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
