Job description
Are you a Qualified Teacher with a passion for supporting learners with special educational needs? We're looking for caring, adaptable tutors in Coningsby who can provide meaningful support to pupils who may struggle in traditional classroom settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills where they matter most — helping learners build confidence, close learning gaps, and rediscover a love of learning.

✔️ Ideal for Teachers With:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or SEMH

A calm, supportive, and flexible approach to learning

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS & safeguarding training
-
A driving licence is useful, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
