Job description

TP Tutors – 1:1 Tutor Opportunity – Birmingham Area

TP Tutors is currently seeking dedicated and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Birmingham area. Tuition sessions will take place either in pupils’ homes or within school settings during school hours.

Role Overview

As a TP Tutor, you will provide tailored educational support to pupils who require additional learning assistance, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition sessions
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
  • Plan and adapt lessons according to each pupil’s educational requirements
  • Monitor and report student progress
  • Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, and schools

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant teaching qualifications are desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
