Job description

Secondary School Tutors – Core Subjects  
Location: Wellingborough
Start Date: September | Part-Time & Flexible Hours Available

Teaching Personnel are proud to be the exclusive provider of tuition support for a valued partner secondary school in Wellingborough. With a recent increase in funding, we are now seeking enthusiastic and experienced tutors to support students in Maths, English, and Science from September.

This role involves working 1:1 or in small groups with students who may need a little extra encouragement. We are particularly looking for tutors who are personable, patient, and attentive, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt learning to meet individual needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science

  • Experience delivering tuition or teaching (QTS desirable but not essential)

  • A nurturing and engaging approach

  • Flexibility and commitment from September onwards

Whether you’re a qualified teacher, a recent graduate with tutoring experience, or a subject specialist, we want to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
