Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Teaching Assistants in local primary schools across the NP12 area. Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Helping pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy
• Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
• Assisting with classroom activities and preparation
• Providing one-to-one or small group support

Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) desirable
• A patient, nurturing approach to working with children
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
