Team Teach trained TA required in Leyland

TEAM TEACH TRAINED STAFF NEEDED IN A LEYLAND SCHOOL!

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Leyland based behavioural unit who are seeking Teaching Assistants who hold a valid Team Teach qualification - this does NOT mean 'experience teaching in a team', it is a valid qualification which you need to sit a 12 hour course for.

The School is based on the outskirts of Leyland and caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, pupils who display challenging behaviours and pupils with mental health difficulties. The pupils in this School will often display very difficult behaviours, they can often abscond from lessons and they can often be verbally and physically aggressive towards other pupils or staff members. Therefore you MUST be confident when working with pupils who can display challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

* Negotiable pay rates based on experience between £54-60 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
