Team Teach Trained Classroom Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a confident, reliable and proactive person to fulfil the role of a classroom support assistant within one of our SEN schools in the High Wycombe area. The position will be supporting students with managing their triggers and promoting positive behaviour management techniques.

You will be assigned key students on a 1:1/2:1 basis to work with and will be provided with a programme in which you will be required to assist the students through to ensure significant development to aid with their classroom learning. Students will have a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH SpLD and ADD.
