Then we have just the job for you!!

We are currently looking for a passionate and hard working team teached teaching assistant to join our ever growing team of educators here at Teaching Personnel.

Ideally you will have a background working with challenging behaviour, as a lot of the pupils in the schools we are advertising for, have challenging behaviour traits, such as social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. However if you dont have this experience in a work based setting, this can be taught.

We are looking for someone who has attended the two day team teach course, however we could accept a candidate who hasnt undergone this course, as long as they were happy to complete a course this October, when our next one is being run.

You will need to have strong relationship building skills, confidence and the necessary dedication to this role.

  • Patience
  • The ability to learn and adapt to your work role

The correct candidate will be strong minded and have high interpersonal skills. With the ability to remain professional yet build professional relationships and make a positive difference.
