Teaching Personnel are looking for passionate individuals with previous experience working or caring for adults and children to join our team. If you have worked at a children’s club, cared for family members, had experience supporting people with additional SEN or SEMH needs, worked at schools, or just have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs then we would love to work with you!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in the classroom, providing one-to-one support to students, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment for all. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, each with their own unique strengths and challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to students with special educational needs, including those with SEMH needs
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring students remain engaged.
  • Helping to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Building positive relationships with students.
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
