Teaching Assistant – Supporting Unique Learners | Greater Norwich Area

What You’ll Do:

Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who have additional or complex learning needs.

Use targeted strategies to boost confidence, independence, and life skills.

Reinforce literacy, numeracy, and communication in meaningful, practical contexts.

Create a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued.

Encourage teamwork and social skills through structured, engaging activities.

Requirements:

Full, valid UK driving licence.

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday preferred).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
