Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Supporting students with additional or complex learning needs in and out of the classroom.

• Using targeted strategies to help pupils build confidence, independence, and key life skills.

• Reinforcing literacy, numeracy, and communication in practical, meaningful ways.

• Fostering a safe, inclusive space where students feel understood and valued.

• Encouraging social interaction and teamwork through creative, structured activities.

• A great communicator who works well as part of a team.

• Eager to grow through training and professional development.

What You’ll Need:

• A full, valid UK driving licence.

• Availability for a full-time role (Monday to Friday preferred).

• Norfolk Steps training

• Dementia or mental health care

• The prison service, police, or armed forces

• Any role focused on people, communication, or wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
