Teaching Assistant – Supporting Unique Learners | Greater Norwich Area

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Supporting students with additional or complex learning needs in and out of the classroom.

Using targeted strategies to help pupils build confidence, independence, and key life skills.

Reinforcing literacy, numeracy, and communication in practical, meaningful ways.

Fostering a safe, inclusive space where students feel understood and valued.

Encouraging social interaction and teamwork through creative, structured activities.

What You’ll Need:

A full, valid UK driving licence.

Availability for a full-time role (Monday to Friday preferred).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
