Working with Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are a dedicated specialist Education recruitment organisation, we work to provide teaching staff and school the best quality of service; our ultimate goal is to connect the right staff, with the right school.

We are currently having a drive on finding support staff, specifically Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants. Through the outstanding relationships we have built with schools across Hampshire, we are currently seeking new candidates to work across various roles; including part-time, full-time and ad-hoc (day-to-day) supply.

The types of candidates we are seeking are comfortable and confident working with individuals with special educational needs and complex behaviour. The relevant experience can either personally or professionally, with adults or children.

Working with schools:

At Teaching Personnel we have dedicated specialist consultants, providing specific support for mainstream and special education provisions. The schools we work with support individuals with special educational needs, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health. The schools are rated outstanding by Ofsted, creating excellent environments for the children to develop both educationally, emotionally and as young people.
