Teaching Assistant Vacancy
Temp to Perm – Full Time
Pay: £12.84 - £13.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible.
We are currently in search of Teaching Assistants to work in a local Pembroke special needs centre. If you are looking for a role that is rewarding and challenging, along with fun extra excursions, this role may be perfect for you.
Details about the role:
The centre was established to cater towards pupils excluded from mainstream education due to behavioural issues – where they can reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will be somebody who is able to work with people with challenging behaviours, offer good moral support and is able to develop a good working relationship with the pupils in the centre.
The school often partake in fun outdoor activities, such as surfing, trips to the beach – and much more.
What do we need from you?
- Either a Birth Certificate or Passport
- A valid UK provisional/full drivers licence
- Be able to provide 2 references (professional or character)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
