Teaching Assistant – Ukrainian Language
- Flexible Hours or Full-Time work both available
- Pay: £11.83 - £12.61 per hour depending on level of experience
- Start Date: September 5th.
*A Driving Licence & Your own transport required for this position
Teaching Personnel are currently looking to hire a quality Teaching Assistant who is fluent in both English & Ukrainian to work across schools in Llanelli, providing translation to pupils within English-medium classrooms.
We are looking for an individual who not only has a good grasp of both languages but is also a patient person who can understand that it can be a stressful time for the pupils and be able to also provide moral & emotional support.
Please note that if you have also recently come from Ukraine yourself, we will require a translated Ukrainian police check. We appreciate that this may be difficult to get at this time, so if you are struggling, please let us know during the application process so we can help you.
We will also need:
- Proof of your Right to Work in the UK (Including your UK Share Code if you have recently moved from another country
- Two references we can approach.
- You to complete our free safeguarding training.
- An Enhanced DBS Check along with registering with the EWC (We can help you get these in process)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
