About the School

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in both mainstream and ALN classes, including in-class, small group, or 1:1 settings.

  • Assist with differentiated learning, helping pupils access the curriculum.

  • Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in students.

  • Work alongside teaching staff and the school’s ALN department to deliver inclusive learning support.

  • Help to create a calm, engaging and productive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with young people, particularly in educational or care settings.

  • A calm, patient and flexible approach.

  • Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
