Teaching Personnel are working closely with a lovely 2 form entry primary school in the Northolt area. They currently need an enthusiastic teaching assistant to support a young boy in year 1 with ASC and challenging behaviour. He is not 'severe' however does need support through out the day. You will liaise closely with the class teacher and the boys parents to feedback on his progress.

The Ideal Candidate

• Wanting a long-term commitment (for entire next academic year)
• At least 2 years previous experience working with pupilswith complex needs including ADHD, ADD, ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviour
• Warm, nurturing and caring character
• Resilient and physically fit
• Team teach trained (If not, Teaching Personnel will book you on to our Team Teach course before the starting the role)
• Ability to work flexibly and with initiative
• Ability to utilise the 'outdoor classroom and be creative
