Teaching Assistant - SEN

Do you have experience within a role that holds transferable skills, such as care assistant, support worker, residential care, sports coach, psychology grad etc?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants with these skillsets to support our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in or near Addlestone, Surrey.   

We are looking for full-time and part-time staff to support across a range of needs and age groups. 

NO Classroom Teaching Assistant EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude
• A good work ethic
• A calm nature
• Be happy to use own initiative and get involved
• Be able to be flexible
• Be kind and caring towards children of all needs and abilities
• Be happy to take on coaching and training
• Have previous experience working with SEN children (not essential but preferred!)
• Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
