Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher
• Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Contributing to a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Passion for education and helping students succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in education (preferred but not required)
