Teaching Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a 2 form entry primary school in Worthing, that are looking to recruit a full time Y4 Learning Support Assistant, to start on the 20th April and to work right until the end of the academic year 23rd July.

You will be required to support the class in the mornings with their Maths and English work and then in the afternoons you will working alongside the low level learners of the class, revisiting the work that was set this morning and supporting them with the parts they didn't answer or didn't understand fully. 

You will be required for the working hours of 8.30am until 3.30pm Monday - Friday. The school is easily accessible via public transport and is a short 10 minute walk from the train station.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
