Are you seeking a new role as a Primary TA in Paignton?

Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent 2 form entry school in Paignton who are seeking a highly skilled and passionate TA to support students in their school. The successful applicant will predominantly work in the year 4 class however may be expected to support students in other year groups. As such – classroom experience across KS1 and KS2 is essential. The responsibilities of the roles will include:

• Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons
• Setting up and putting away resources
• Supporting students during lessons
• Staying after school to help in after school clubs

Successful candidates must have:

• Experience working within school settings in teaching roles or as a TA
• A passion for education and working within education settings
• A high level of proactivity and organisational skills to be as effective as possible within the classroom setting
• Confidence within the role to be able to effectively and efficiently facilitate the requirements of the role.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle or transport may not be essential but is dependent on the role and location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
