Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – NG8
Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role within a Key Stage Two classroom?
The position is a full-time role set to begin after October half term.
Fantastic opportunities have arisen within some of our partner schools, located in NG8, who are currently looking to appoint Teaching Assistants with enthusiastic attitudes towards intervention, after the October half term break. The schools are looking to appoint TA's, to assist classes that require support in setting excellent behaviour management and literacy skills.
Details of role:
- Assisting the Teacher within a class of 30 pupils
- Support the work of volunteers and other staff in the classroom
- Be responsible for supporting the education and welfare of pupils
- Support and guidance will be provided from an experienced teacher who will act as your personal mentor when you join the school
The role requires:
- A caring, patient and reliable attitude
- Willingness to make a difference to assist the school in meeting requirements and raising standards
- Valid DBS (A Child Workforce that is accessible through the Update Service)
- Eligible to work in the UK (Right to work in the UK documentation)
- Level 2 CACHE Qualification or higher

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
