Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Teaching Assistant on behalf of our client's secondary schools located in the South of Manchester. As a Teaching Assistant you will have the opportunity to work in a number of different roles such as:

  • SEN support
  • Behaviour support
  • 1 to 1 intervention
  • General classroom Teaching Assistant
  • Short term and long term positions

With the new academic year approaching our client's secondary schools are looking for Teaching Assistants to add extra support to their team of teachers. With such a high demand for Teaching Assistants, this is a great opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain invaluable classroom experience.

  • Various Teaching Assistant roles
  • Starting in September for the new academic year
  • Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis (ÂŁ259 - ÂŁ309)
  • Located in the South of Manchester, in a range of different secondary schools
  • Flexible working hours, long term and short term

The successful Teaching Assistant will have a passion for teaching with an ambition to pursue a career in teaching. To give you confidence in the classroom with supporting students, previous classroom experience, will be very beneficial to the Teaching Assistant role. You must be a graduate with a good general knowledge of the main core subjects. Working as a Teaching Assistant through Teaching personnel will offer you a range of CPD courses for you to undertake and broaden your teaching knowledge.

Teaching Personnel work with a range of different secondary schools in South Manchester, allowing you to find the perfect school that suits your teaching style and location.
