Teaching Assistant

New Full-time TA position - Bracknell - Immediate Start

One of our extremely welcoming and supportive schools for SEN learners is looking for additional support within one of their bubbles! This position is full time, to start immediately and is likely to extend until the end of the academic year now.

YOU DO NOT NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SEN SCHOOLS FOR THIS JOB.

Often we hear from many individuals that they won't consider our SEN schools because they dent have previous experience or the right training/qualifications. I cannot stress enough that this is not important for this setting, what is most crucial to them is the character and motivation of the person coming in.

The general activities of the job are...

• Supporting the lead teacher by offering to work where most needed in the class
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to SEN learners on their individual education programme
• Pro-actively helping to set up and tidy away any classes you are in
• Gathering information from staff members about the SEN learners in order to adapt to their learning styles
• Accurately recording any information from the day if requested

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
