Responsibilities:

- Assist SEN students in their learning, providing one-on-one support and group activities.

- Collaborate with teachers to create individualized learning plans and track progress.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a sense of belonging for all students.

- Help with personal care and mobility requirements as needed.

- Use creativity and adaptability to engage and motivate students.

Job Details:

- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

- Contract: Full-Time

- Salary: £11.85 per hour

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with SEN students is preferred but not essential.

- Genuine passion for supporting and empowering children with diverse needs.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
