Teaching Assistant, Key Stage 2

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant, with a passion for enhancing the learning of Key Stage 2 children. It is essential that you have previous experience in Key Stage 2.

It is desirable that you have practical experience of meeting the wide range of needs within a primary school. The role will be within Key Stage 2, as part of a committed and supportive team.

This long-term role will be on a full-time basis, with a variety of responsibilities across both year groups, where you will work closely with the class teacher.

The school are currently going through a stage of development, and are putting measures into place to achieve an overall improvement throughout the school. Through open communication between the Senior Leadership Team and other members of staff, the school have decided that additional support across Key Stage 2 is an area where the school can provide further support to its pupils.

- Teaching Assistant

- September Start

- Full Time, to begin on a temp to perm basis

- GBP65 - GBP70

- Confidence and ability to make professional and friendly working relationships with the pupils, their families and staff

- Be able to use effective communication

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
