Teaching Personnel are searching for professional and talented individuals to fulfil a Primary Teaching Assistant Vacancy that is available in a South Sheffield School rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
The location has excellent transport links and vehicle ownership/ driving licenses may not be required.
Start date: November 2020.
Role duties: The role involves supervision of a cohort of children between the ages of 7-11 during lessons and lunch time, provision of support to students with additional classroom needs (EAL & SEN), working 1:1 with children who require additional mentoring, working in alignment with the schools disciplinary and safegaurding procedures, working as part of a team alongside senior leadership in the pursuit to continually raise attainment levels and school standards.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and offsetting the negative implications of lost time in education due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Essential: CAHCE level 3, previous experience working with young people
Desirable: Prior experience in educational settings, experience working with SEN and EAL students, additional relevant training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
