Teaching Personnel are currently wanting to speak with anyone seeking roles within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are working hard to recruit passionate, person centred individuals that will be looking for new and exciting roles.
We have a variety of Learning Support Assistant roles in our SEMH and ASC client schools in the Morpeth area area available that will be in need of experienced, dedicated Teaching Assistant’s come September. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be working with students across a variety of age ranges with a multitude of Special Needs including:
- ASC
- SEMH
- ADHD
- Have experienced trauma
- Challenging behaviours
- Learning Difficulties
Essential:
- Experience with Special Needs / challenging behaviour
- Experience with children whether that be in an educational, care, youth work setting
- A Child Workforce ONLY DBS that is registered on the Update Service or be happy to purchase one
Desired
- Health and Social Care qualification
- Teaching Assistant qualification
- Moving and Handling
Teaching Personnel can offer Learning Support Assistants:
- Competitive pay rates of GBP325-370 per week, however long term rates can be negotiated on your behalf

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
