A Primary school based in Rushden is looking to recruit a teaching assistant to join their team as soon as possible until the end of the academic year.

As a teaching assistant, you will be providing general classroom support, as well as working with small groups of children and helping with interventions. This school is proud of the fun, friendly and welcoming working environment that is achieved and is a great place to work for the right person.
The Role:
- Providing general class-room assistance
- Working with children in small groups and on a 121 basis.
- Full Time role
- Opportunity to earn a permanent contract
The Person:
- Experience of working with key stage 1 or 2 children in a primary school
- Must have confidence and experience delivering literacy and numeracy intervention groups in particular.
- Good classroom control and behaviour management
- Experience with SEN is desired but not essential
- Teachers looking to work as a TA welcomed to apply
