SEN Teaching Assistant

Inspirational enthusiastic teaching assistant with experience in Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) for permanent role. 

The School Setting

We are working with a school who are providers of personalised wrap-around education to complex statements ECHP pupils at risk of having to be educated in residential places. This model is based on the schools already successful model in Plymouth and WRAP provisions.

Every child has a high-level of support often including one to one support bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences. This includes a wide range of personalised training in and outside of the classroom which is designed to engage the student, build resilience and provide the foundation for rapid academic progress. The school work very closely with parents and carers and many other support agencies to ensure that the child's education is paramount.

The successful candidates will require an NVQ level 3 and a full driving licence with business Insurance.

Working Pattern

Your working pattern will be Monday through to Friday, term-time only from 07.45 to 14.00
