Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic candidates NOW for a number of roles we are looking to fill for schools we work in partnership with. We are seeking a candidate who has the desire to want to work with children who have special education needs (SEN), this can range from

• Behaviour or ability to socialise, for example they struggle to make friends.
• Reading and writing, for example because they have dyslexia.
• There ability to understand things, concentration levels, for example because they have ADHD.
• Physical ability, where a pupil needs support due to a physical condition

A successful candidate will:

• Working closely with pupils of SEN in groups or 1:1, maintaining and improving the social, emotional, physical and learning needs for pupils.
• The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to tailor their approach in regards to communication, engagement, and distraction techniques to optimise learning and maximise comfort.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
