A school based in Surrey is looking to hire for February 2020. The role is set up to offer one to one support for pupils in a primary school in Surrey.
They are looking for Teaching Assistants/Tutors who are available full time and keen to kick start or continue a career in education.
Job role
- Working one to one with pupils delivering their intervention programmes
- Using reward based learning techniques to help the child learn key skills
- Offering emotional support to pupils
- Recording pupils progress and liaising with professionals
- Supporting pupils on with extra curricular activities
Successful Candidates:
- Experience with children and adults with Special Educational Needs. (Desired not essential as full training will be provided)
- A-Levels qualified (Essential)
- Committed to taking on additional training (Essential)
- Dedicated to a career in Education, potentially working with Special Educational Needs
- Patient, nurturing and resilient
