Teaching Assistant

Are you a current student or graduate looking to gain experience working in Primary, Secondary or Special Needs Schools? Do you have experience working with and supporting children within education? Are you available for part time or full time work?

-          Part and full time positions working as a Teaching Assistant

-          Further training available through Teaching Personnel’s CPD courses

-          Excellent opportunity to gain further experience before enrolling on PGCE or similar teacher training programme

-          Get paid on a weekly basis as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, earning up to GBP325, dependent on experience

Working as a Teaching Assistant is an excellent opportunity to gain further experience in a secondary school setting before enrolling on PGCE or similar teacher training programme, all whilst earning up to GBP1300 a month!

To be successful when applying for the role of a Teaching Assistant you must be:

-          Have strong communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of people and age groups

-          Have some experience working with children or young people in some capacity

-          Be able to work well in part of a team as well as being confident working on your own and using your own initiative

-          Have a passion for passing on your knowledge and making a real difference for young people at this important stage of their lives

You will be working in a modern secondary school in Bournemouth with state of the art facilities throughout. There is a strong support structure installed throughout the school, both for pupils as well as staff, making this the perfect location for any graduate considering a career in education in the future.
