Are you an Art, Design & Technology teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities while exploring your next long-term role?

We’re currently supporting a number of secondary schools across Bristol that are looking for skilled and creative ADT teachers. Whether you're seeking short-term supply work, a longer-term placement, or support finding the right permanent position, we can help you connect with schools that match your experience and career goals.

This opportunity is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) wanting to build experience across different schools, as well as experienced teachers looking for a new environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Deliver engaging Art, Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Encourage creativity, practical skills, and design thinking in students

  • Support students in developing both technical and artistic abilities

  • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including SEND

  • Monitor student progress and support their creative development


We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS

  • Strong subject knowledge in Art, Design & Technology

  • Confident classroom management and organisation skills

  • A passion for encouraging creativity and practical learning

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
