A larger than average South Manchester Primary school is looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 2 until the end of the academic year. The role is to start ASAP. The school is situated in Baguley (M23)

The role will require the successful candidate to support within a Year 4 class, as well as running interventions for small groups pupils in order to raise their attainment and reach personal targets. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in leading small intervention for lower ability pupils in both Maths and English.

What you will need to be considered for this role:

• Recent KS2 experience
• To be able to demonstrate the impact they have had in previous roles
• Have high expectations of children’s attainment
• Be able to use initiative and be proactive
• An enhanced DBS check registered to the update service (Teaching Personnel can help with this if you need one)
