Teaching Assistant

Higher Level Teaching Assistant needed to start work in Bodmin ASAP!

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in Bodmin and require a HLTA to work on a full time basis.

A Higher Level Teaching Assistant is responsible for the general tasks of a Classroom Assistant but with added responsibility. This will include covering the class for short periods of time and marking the work you have taught. You will be working with small groups of children and may be required to support on a 1:1 basis.

-          Newly Qualified Teachers looking to build upon their experience

-          Teachers who still want to be in the classroom but are not looking for a full class position

Although this job advert is for a full time role, there may be the chance for a job share if you are looking for fewer hours.

Teaching Personnel work with schools all across Cornwall, on both long term and short term vacancies. We have work available on a part time and full time basis and are always looking for new Teachers and Teaching Assistants to work with us within these schools.
